Cancellation Policies

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Domestic Airport Transfers: - Cancellation must be received with a minimum of 12 hours prior to pick up time.
  • International Airport Transfers: - Cancellation must be received with a minimum 24 hours prior to pick up time.
  • Hourly Charters & Specials Tours:
    • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full booking amount being charged against your credit card on file.
    • Cancellations received between 24-48 hours prior to your booking time will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • Cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice will not incur any cancellation fees, however the initial deposit paid is non-refundable.

  • Point to Point transfers:
    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation prior to pick up time is required.
    • In the case of cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice, the full booking amount will be charged against your credit card on file.
    • Cancellations received between 24-48 hours prior to your booking time will be given a 50% refund of the booking.
    • If notice of cancellation is received with more than 48 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged although the initial deposit paid is non-refundable.

  • Packages
    • Cancellations for any packages must be given with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.
    • If cancelled between 2 to 4 weeks, a charge of 50% of the trip value will be applied against the credit card on file.
    • If cancelled with less than 2 weeks' notice, the full amount will be applied against the credit card on file.
    • Cancellations received with more than 4 weeks' notice will not incur any cancellation fees, however the initial deposit paid is non-re3fundable.
